1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Creativox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creativox.

2. Description of Services

Creativox provides fixed-price digital design services including but not limited to logo design, brand identity, landing page design, and website design. Each service has a defined scope, deliverables, revision rounds, and delivery timeline as specified on our website at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are fixed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions for submitting your project brief. Work begins only after we receive your complete brief.

4. Project Process

• After payment, you will be asked to submit a project brief with your requirements.
• Delivery timelines begin once we receive your complete brief.
• Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the service description.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be purchased separately.
• Final deliverables are provided in the formats specified in the service description.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, you receive full ownership and intellectual property rights to all final deliverables created specifically for your project. Creativox retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide (logos, images, text) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in your project brief.
• Respond to requests for feedback or clarification within 5 business days.
• Provide all necessary materials (logos, content, images) in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creativox liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
