At Creativox, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before submitting your project brief and before any design work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver any work within 30 days of the agreed delivery date (excluding delays caused by client response times), you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after we have started work but before first delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. Typically, 50% of the service fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Scope Reduction: If you request a reduction in project scope after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the revised scope.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After Final Delivery: Once final deliverables have been provided and approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • After All Revisions Used: If you have used all included revision rounds and received the final delivery, the service is considered complete.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after work has been delivered.
  • Client Non-Response: If a project is delayed or cannot be completed due to client non-response (failure to provide brief, feedback, or materials within 30 days), no refund will be issued.
  • Third-Party Issues: Issues arising from third-party services, platforms, or your implementation of our deliverables.

5. Revision Policy

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the service description. We encourage you to use these revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables. If you are not satisfied after using all included revisions, additional revision rounds may be purchased, but refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after revisions have been exhausted.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@creativox.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. Creativox is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.

8. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as we are often able to resolve issues more quickly through direct communication.

9. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
